Who operates this site

This website is operated by Invocation Technologies LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA. Registered business address: 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA. Work is led by Andrej Dragojevic, who works remotely from Belgrade, Serbia.

What Invocation does — and doesn't

Invocation Technologies LLC is a software development and consulting company. It does not provide financial services, does not hold, transmit or manage client or end-user funds, and does not give investment, legal or tax advice.

When this site talks about marketplaces, wallets, escrow, payouts or billing, it describes software I design and build for clients. Payment processing, custody of funds and any regulated activity are performed by the client's own licensed providers (for example Stripe), under the client's own accounts and agreements.

Engagements

Consulting and development work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work signed with each client. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance; scopes, prices and timelines shown are indicative until confirmed in writing. Fixed scope code reviews purchased online are covered by the review terms.

Content and tools

Guides, calculators and tools on this site are provided for general information, without warranty, and are not professional advice for your specific situation. Client names and case studies describe work actually delivered; trademarks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, Invocation Technologies LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
