Migration is one thing the audit may recommend. It is not the default answer — I have moved a hundred million dollars of recurring revenue between providers, which is exactly why I'll tell you when not to.

Day 1 — Access and map
Read-only access to your Stripe or Adyen dashboard, the billing code paths, and the webhook handlers. I map how money actually moves, not how the docs say it does.

Days 2–3 — The dig
Dunning and recovery rates, webhook idempotency and replay behaviour, proration and credit logic, subscription state transitions, reconciliation against your ledger, payout and escrow flows if you run a marketplace, tax and invoice correctness.

Each finding gets a severity and, where the data supports it, a number. “Involuntary churn is costing you roughly X per month” beats “your dunning could be better.”

Where the fences are
- For SaaS and marketplace companies with live revenue on Stripe or Adyen, where billing is owned by one or two backend engineers as a side job.
- Not for pre-revenue products, or teams whose billing is a single monthly Checkout link with no subscriptions. If you're pre-launch, the guides are free and will get you further than an audit will.
- Not for anyone looking for someone to blame. The report grades the system, not the people who built it.
- One provider and one product line. A second is a second engagement.
- This is an audit, not a remediation. Implementation is quoted separately, and credited.

Confidentiality
A mutual NDA is available on request before we start — I will sign yours or send mine. Access is read-only, granted by you, and revoked when the audit closes.
Nobody else sees your data. There are no subcontractors on this engagement, and nothing about your billing is reused elsewhere.
AI-assisted analysis tooling is used under the same confidentiality obligations. You can opt out before we start.

Straight answers
Why fixed fee?
Because hourly makes you ration the questions. The scope is five days and the price doesn't move.
What if you find nothing?
You get that in writing, and it's worth having. Most audits find something; some find one small thing. That's still the answer to a question you were carrying.
Does the fee come off the fix?
Yes. Book the fix within 60 days and the audit fee is credited against that invoice.
Can you just do the migration?
Yes — after the audit, or directly if you already know what you need. Fixed scope, fixed fee, quoted once I've seen the system.
We're mid-incident. Can you start now?
Say so when you request the audit. Incidents jump the queue.
Do you sign NDAs?
Always. Yours or mine.

Who's doing the work
I'm Andrej Dragojevic. I led Babbel's Adyen to Stripe migration of its recurring billing between 2024 and 2026 — around a million subscriptions and $100M+ in recurring revenue moved with zero customer-visible downtime, cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and SEPA rebuilt on Stripe rails, coordinating a five-person delivery team and the reconciliation pipelines finance audits against.
Before that I built GigSocial's creator marketplace from an empty repository — escrow, wallets, disputes, card and ACH payouts — and three years later I still run it with them. I built Sponsored's Stripe Connect marketplace for a DigitalOcean co-founder, and led a live fintech platform through a full front-end modernization without downtime.
