Build · Migrate · Audit · Lead

Four ways to work with me, each fixed scope with a number attached. I build the platforms money runs through — marketplaces, wallets, escrow, billing — from scratch; I move existing billing between providers without downtime; I audit what you already have; and for teams with no owner for any of it, I am that owner, monthly.

The audit is the small first yes. Its fee is credited against whatever you book next.

03 / Audit

Find out what your billing, payouts or ledger is actually doing

€3,000–5,000 · 5 business days

Five business days inside your Stripe or Adyen setup. Written findings with revenue at risk per row, a 60-minute readout, and a priced proposal for the fix — or a written “nothing to fix here.”

Which rung first?

Live revenue and a nagging feeling → the audit. A half-built marketplace money layer → the audit, then the build from where you are. Nothing built yet → straight to a build conversation. A migration someone proposed → the audit says whether it's needed, and is credited if it is.

04 / Lead

A senior owner for billing and platform, monthly

€8,000–15,000 per month · not by the hour

For teams whose billing and platform roadmap have no owner: architecture, vendor decisions, delivery, and the judgment of someone who has seen the failure modes before.

Also available, on request: automation & ai systems — the operations tooling I run my own practice on, installed in yours.

How it works

What every engagement has in common

Fixed scope, fixed fee

The scope is written before the fee is agreed, and the fee doesn't move. No hourly meter, no discovery theater.

One senior engineer

You get me — from the ledger schema to the deploy. A vetted network for design and mobile when scope needs it; one point of accountability.

Handed over, owned by you

Repositories, accounts and infrastructure in your name from day one. Architecture doc and runbook at the end.

Team pace, solo invoice

I run an agent fleet for the mechanical work behind the review gates I use on my own production systems. The judgment is mine.

Who this works for. Founders and operators who know what they want built — a marketplace, a billing system that has to move, a roadmap with no owner — and don't want to project-manage getting there. You approve outcomes, not steps; I make the calls, flag the bad ideas, and ship. If you want to be in every decision, an agency is a better fit, and I'll say so on the first call.

Not sure which rung fits?

Describe the problem in plain language. I'll tell you what it needs — even if the honest answer is that it doesn't need me.

I reply within one business day. Now booking new engagements.
